Industrial Piping Division

Ayr Welding has been in business for over 45 years and our Piping Division is fundamental to our success. Ayr Welding’s Piping Division designs, constructs, modifies, repairs and removes industrial piping systems.

What is an industrial piping system?

An industrial piping system is a network of interconnected pipes, fittings, valves, and other components that are used to transport fluids, gases or fine particles within industrial facilities, such as power plants, chemical plants, refineries, and manufacturing plants. These systems are designed to handle a wide range of materials and pressures, from low-pressure water or steam to high-pressure gases or corrosive chemicals.

Industrial piping systems can be made from various materials such as steel, copper, plastic, or fiberglass, depending on the requirements of the application. The system must be designed and installed in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency of operation.

These systems can be used for a variety of purposes, such as transporting raw materials and finished products, providing heating or cooling, supplying water or steam for processing, or removing waste materials. They are an essential component of many industrial operations.

What is the scope of operations of Ayr Welding’s Piping Division?

From municipal waterworks to industrial intakes and discharges, Ayr Welding’s Piping Division team has the experience and resources needed to handle projects of any size.
